Usb Irq Assignment In Windows

I have an E-MU 0404 USB DAC and its been causing a fair bit of crackle when playing audio. I went through a ton of troubleshooting steps, then I finally emailed E-MU and they told me that its probably on the same IRQ assignment as my wireless card (its the wireless card thats causing the problems - it causes DPC latency spikes). So, my question is whether or not there is any way to view or change IRQ assignments in windows.
